How do I apply for an event?
Open the Discover tab in your Creator hub, find an event, and tap Apply. We pre-fill everything we can from your profile — usually it's a few taps and you're done. Hosts review applications in their own Hub and you'll be notified the moment they decide.
What's a credential and how do I earn one?
A credential is a verified record that a host approved you for a specific event. Once approved, the credential goes on your walland is visible on your public profile. It's how viewers know your reels are backed by real access — not just clips off TV.
Why was my application rejected?
Hosts decide on a per-event basis based on capacity, audience fit, and portfolio strength. Rejection isn't personal — most events have more applicants than press spots. Tighten your profile (more reels, clearer bio, social links) and your approval rate climbs.
How do I post a reel?
Go to your wall and tap the + button. Upload a video, add a caption, and tag the event it's from. The credential stamp on the reel proves you were there.
I'm an event host — how do I list an event?
Switch to the Host role in Settings, then tap + New event in your hub. You set the dates, location, capacity, and credential requirements. Applications flow into your Hub for review.
How do I switch between Creator / Outlet / Host?
Settings → Account type → tap a different role. Your data is preserved across roles, and you can switch as often as you like.
How do I edit my profile?
Tap your avatar in the top-right of any hub, then Edit profile. Update your name, handle, bio, location, sports covered, and social links. Saves instantly.
How do I delete my account?
Settings → Danger zone → Delete account. You'll type DELETE to confirm. Everything is permanently removed: profile, credentials, reels, messages, follows. This is irreversible — use with care.
Can I use FieldPass without the iOS app?
Yes. FieldPass is fully featured on the web at app.fieldpass.co. The iOS app gives you camera + microphone access for in-app recording, but everything else works identically in any modern browser.
Will I get push notifications?
Push notifications for application updates, new event matches, and messages are coming in a future release. For now you'll get an email — check Settings → Notifications to adjust which ones.
